X64 & Performance

Assalamualikum(Peace be upon you from Almighty).
After a long time i am going to share this post.Friends,Today I will discuss about x64 based OS.It is known to every to everyone that one must have 64-bit supported processor to run a 64-bit OS.Now a days there so many processor has arrived that support this feature.Such as:
1.Intel Core2 Duo
2.Intel Core i3
3.1.Intel Core i5
4.Intel Core i7
5.AMD Athlon

However I don't want to describe about 64-bit architecture or organization.I am going to tell about Performance & Software.

Friends it is recommended 1GB RAM for Windows 7.In 64-bit Win7 OS it is my personal opinion that you must use at least 2GB RAM.But while you want to play large game or applications one at a time then it is boring that your PC will seems to be slow.Such example you cannot play Assassin's Creed with having 2 GB RAM because though it is 2GB but 1.86 GB is usable.I have watched some sites which recommended 4 GB or more RAM for 64-bit while video encoding or editing.
So more RAM more Performance with 64-bit.

It is also a matter of fact that there are only a few number of software that have both 32 & 64-bit version. But almost all 32-bit soft supported in Win7 32-bit is compatible in 64 bit.So nothing to worry about. But it is better to use 64-bit version. Here are some soft that I have found after long time goggling:

1.Adobe Flash Player Square
2.Bit Defender
3.CCleaner
4.Google Chrome
4.Java Run-time Environment
5.Microsoft Office 2010
6.Microsoft Visual C++ 2010
7.Registry Reviver
8.WinRAR

Its a matter of regret I don't have find any Video Converter or Editing soft that have 64bit version. If anyone knows more software that have 64 bit version I will be glad if you mail me or comment in my blog.

An important information is that you must install all of your Graphics,Audio,LAN or other hardware driver in 64-bit version.Otherwise you will not get the performance that you have expected or may not work anymore.
